    Shipping & returns

    • We ship worldwide.
    • Orders ship Monday-Friday.
    • Some items within your order may ship separately. You will never be charged more for shipping and handling than what appears at checkout.
    • Orders are typically shipped within 8-10 business days after receipt of order. However, longer shipping times may occur during holiday periods, office vacation shutdown, and extended international business activities. 
    • We do provide shipping time estimations for all of our products. We will work to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but please note that our shipping lead times are all estimations and we cannot guarantee an order to arrive by a specific time. We encourage you to ship all items to a permanent address in order to ensure a successful delivery.

     

    For most shipments, when a PO Box is to be used for the receipt of your mail delivery, please supply a physical address, including the zip code / postal code for the physical address.

    An email with tracking information will be sent to you once your order has shipped. You can also track your package here

    RETURN POLICY

    We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from us. If you change your mind on any full price or sale item purchased in-store or online, you can return it to our online team within 30 days of receipt. 

    How to cancel an order!

    For the non-quality related reason of return listed below,

    • Items that are physically damaged or defective;
    • Items that varies from the description;
    • Items that are wrongly delivered;
    • Wrong Color;
    • Wrong Style;
    • Wrong Size; or
    • Wrong Quantity;

    You can raise a request to return your items with these simple steps:

    • 1. open www.ewolftrade.com
    • 2. Log into your account
    • 3. Go to Account -> Orders -> Paid Orders -> Order Detail Page
    • 4. Click on 'Return' against the item you wish to return
    • 5. Fill in the details and submit a return request

     

    After submitting a return request, you'll see the detailed instructions regarding how to courier it back to us and get the refund.

    Cost of return:

    When returning items to our online team, you are responsible for the cost of the return. It is also your responsibility to ensure the goods reach our premises as we cannot be responsible until they reach us. We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure your return arrives to us safely.

     

    *You are responsible for return shipping fees, and you need to return it by courier. All merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition as it was received and must be returned in the original packaging.

     

    How your refund will appear:

    Your refund will be paid directly into your bank account from the ewolftrade partnered bank. Once your refund request is accepted, One of our online team will send:

    • Confirmation of receipt of your refund request within 1-2 business days;
    • Notice of approval or rejection of your refund request within five business days from the receipt of your complete request; and
    • Your refund within 10 business days from the notice of approval of your refund request.
